Returns Policy
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be authorized by Slam Specialties before merchandise is shipped back to us.
To begin a return, customers must contact us by email at info@slamspecialties.com to start the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) process. Return instructions and authorization information will be provided once the request has been reviewed.
Do not ship merchandise back to Slam Specialties without prior authorization. Packages returned without completing the proper RGA process may be refused or rejected with the shipping carrier. Slam Specialties is not responsible for any shipping, return-to-sender, redelivery, or other freight charges resulting from merchandise being sent back without proper authorization.
Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with shipping returned merchandise to Slam Specialties unless otherwise authorized by us in writing.
Once the returned merchandise is received, it will be inspected before any refund amount is determined. The condition of the item, including whether it has been installed, used, damaged, modified, or is otherwise not in resalable condition, may affect return eligibility and the amount of any refund.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Slam Specialties.
PayPal Payments
Orders paid through PayPal are subject to PayPal transaction processing fees. These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and are not returned to Slam Specialties when an order is canceled, refunded, or returned.
For this reason, PayPal processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the customer's refund, in addition to any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.
By placing an order with Slam Specialties, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these return and refund terms.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
